Terms of Service

These terms apply to the OXYN platform: the registration site start.rezotaj.net, the Rezotaj directory (rezotaj.net), OXYN Insights (insights.oxyn.global) and the services an organization activates through them. The platform is operated by Oxyn, 38, Rue Fernand, Canapé-Vert, Port-au-Prince, Haïti, Haiti ("OXYN", "we").

1. Who can register

An organization (business, association, church, school, public body, cooperative, NGO, political party or similar) can be registered by a person who is at least 18 years old and allowed to act for it. That person becomes the account owner and is responsible for the information given.

2. What you get

• Directory page (free): every registered organization gets a public page on Rezotaj with the information listed in the Privacy Policy, section 3.
• Website review: if you give a website, OXYN Insights may review its public pages (speed, accessibility, search visibility) and publish the results.
• Services you activate: automatic publishing and other paid services are activated only when you choose them, now or later, with their price shown before you confirm.

3. Your information and content

You confirm that what you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use names, logos, texts and images you give us. You keep ownership of your content. You allow OXYN to store, display and adapt it (for example resize images or translate short texts) to provide the services you use, including your public directory page.

You must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, hateful or violent content, spam, or to impersonate another organization. We may hide or remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

4. Messages we send

We send messages needed to run your account (confirmations, security alerts, invoices). Newsletters and offers are sent only if you agreed, and you can stop them at any time.

5. Accounts on other platforms

When you connect a social media, WhatsApp or other account, you remain the owner of that account and responsible for following that platform's rules. You can disconnect it at any time. We never ask for your passwords in the registration form.

6. Paid services

Prices, billing period and what is included are shown before you activate a paid service. Paid services are billed in advance for each billing period, in US dollars unless another currency is shown. You can cancel at any time; the service then stops at the end of the period already paid. If a payment fails, we will remind you; after 14 days without payment the paid service is paused, while your free directory page stays online. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where a paid service was unavailable through our fault for more than 3 days in a billing period, in which case we refund that period on request. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; they apply from your next billing period.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Website reviews are automated measurements, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, OXYN is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Ending

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to support@oxyn.global. Your directory page is then removed. We may keep some data for the periods required by law (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Comments and content rules

Anyone can comment on a listing on Rezotaj. A comment should be honest and about your own experience. It is not allowed to post: insults, threats or hate; false accusations against a person or an organization; personal information about anyone (phone numbers, addresses, health, private life); advertising, spam or links; illegal or sexual content.

We check every comment before it is shown. We may refuse or remove a comment that breaks these rules, but we never change its words. An organization that has claimed its listing can ask us to turn comments off. To report a comment, write to support@oxyn.global.

By sending a comment, you allow OXYN to publish it on Rezotaj with the name you chose. You remain responsible for what you write.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes at least 30 days in advance by email. If you keep using the platform after that date, the new terms apply.
