Caribbean island that forms part of Haiti
Tortuga Island is a West Indian island off the northwest coast of Hispaniola, forming part of Haiti. It constitutes the commune of Île de la Tortue in the Port-de-Paix arrondissement of Haiti's Nord-Ouest department.
